CAN I CANCEL / CHANGE AN ORDER ONCE I HAVE SUBMITTED IT?
STROUT JAPAN and its operating company InfoVision Co.,Ltd. are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the following policies by establishing the privacy policies and structuring personal information protection.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL FAILS TO ARRIVE?
If a confirmation email has not arrived within 3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sunday, and national holidays), please let us know through our Inquiry Form »
WHAT IF THE ITEM I ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK?
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you as quickly as possible.
In the event the item is out of stock we will either cancel your order with no payment being taken or if your credit card has already been charged and your order is out of stock,
STROUT JAPAN shall issue a credit to your credit card account or PayPal account for the amount of the purchase.

All prices are stated in Japanese Yen (JPY).
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES STROUT JAPAN ACCEPT?
STROUT JAPAN accepts PayPal or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) through PayPal.
IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE STROUT JAPAN?
STROUT JAPAN uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
DO I NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE FROM STROUT JAPAN?
Yes, you are required to have a PayPal account to purchase from STROUT JAPAN.

Shipping & Return

HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING FEE?
Shipping fee is uniformly fixed by region. Postage by area is as follows:

  • Japan : 800 JPY
  • Asia : 2,700 JPY
  • Oceania / North America / Central America & the Middle East : 3,600 JPY
  • Europe : 4,150 JPY
  • South America and Africa : 6,200 JPY
CAN I SPECIFY A DAY OR A TIME FOR DELIVERY?
You cannot specify a date, or time for delivery.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR THE ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL TO ARRIVE?
The email will be sent within 3 business days after your order is received. Please note that we will not be able to confirm orders made on Saturday, Sunday, or on Japanese national holidays until the next business day.
CAN I CHECK THE PROGRESS OF ITEMS WHICH ARE BEING SHIPPED?
We will send you a tracking code in the confirmation of shipping email. You can check the progress of your items by entering that code on the JAPAN POST website
WHICH COUNTRIES CAN YOU SEND ITEMS?
We can send to where EMS service is available, please check if you can receive your item on “DELIVERY & SHIPPING” page.

Receiving Orders

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ITEMS TO ARRIVE?
First, you will receive an Order Confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order. The merchandise will be shipped 3 to 7 business days through EMS and/or e-packet by Japan Post Office after the email is sent. However they can be shipped differently as required by the destination countries. Under the ordinary condition, international shipping will take approximately from 2 weeks to maximum of 4 weeks depending on the destinations.

*The length of time it takes items to arrive will depend on their destination. The number of days stated here is only an estimate, and we ask for your understanding in cases where it may take more time for items to arrive.

CAN I RETURN ITEMS I HAVE PURCHASED?
We cannot accept returns or exchanges based on a customer’s personal preferences. Please check your order carefully before placing it.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE ORDER?
If an item is defective we will exchange it for a non-damaged item. We ask that you send us an email via our Inquiry Form detailing the problem within 7 days of receiving your item. We cannot exchange items if it has been more than 7 days since the item arrived, or if the item has been worn.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE ITEM IS NOT THE ITEM I ORDERED, OR IF ITEMS ARE MISSING?
We may ask you to contact us via our Inquiry Form within 7 days since the receiving day.
